It's only 2 miles from Rock Creek Rd at Indian Grave Gap. You'll have to make the call, but I think many cars would make it up there fine right now. If you want, however, you could also park at Indian Grave Gap and get on the AT, and hike up to the Beauty Spot. <br />Thanks for the encouragement!<br />markMark W. Are there trails from 107 (or elsewhere) that would let us hike a considerable distance to the Spot or is it solely accessible by truck? Is the road walkable/hikable?<br /><br />I love reading your blog, by the way, and I really appreciate the consistency of your posts.
