Notice anything different?! I've included a brand new map in the side bar that I've been working over the last few weeks. I hope you'll check it out - just click on the map to get the full effect. Just so you know, I'm not done with it yet. I still have a lot of work to do on areas of Virginia and North Carolina. I actually envision this as an ongoing project where I mark not only the places I visit but also those destinations I have on my list to explore in the future. Let me know what you think!
Also...check out the newly revised website for the Tennessee Eastman Hiking and Canoeing Club -- Bill Fuller (of 'Hiking Bill' fame) has done a great job revising and updating the TEHCC site. His helpful maps (click here and here) inspired me to get busy on my own.
Awesome map, I did one when we went to California. Putting photos in the description is tedious, but it would be great to have a mini-visual!

Have you ever did the Grandfather Mountain photo workshop thing? I think July 15th is when sign ups start. I am really interested in doing it, and just wanted to see if you had ever participated.
Hope the map is helpful - I still have a lot of work to do on NC and VA. If you have some favorite places that need to be marked, please let me know!
