Butler Bridge, completed in 1948, spans the Watauga Lake in Carter County, TN. I can't remember the last time the water level was this high!

What is usually mouth of the Watauga River is now lake... and my storage shed is under water!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad to hear this. Last year and the year before it was SO low, it worried me. I passed by it on my way between Boone and JC all the time. Don't have to do that trip regularly anymore so I haven't seen it in a while. Very nice to see the water is up.
