Butler Bridge

Butler Bridge, completed in 1948, spans the Watauga Lake in Carter County, TN. I can't remember the last time the water level was this high!

Click here for a view of the bridge from the other side of the lake.

Your problem is to bridge the gap which exists between where you are now and the goal you intend to reach.

  2. I'm so glad to hear this. Last year and the year before it was SO low, it worried me. I passed by it on my way between Boone and JC all the time. Don't have to do that trip regularly anymore so I haven't seen it in a while. Very nice to see the water is up.
