what lives within

What lies behind us and what lies ahead of us are tiny matters compared to what lives within us.
--Henry David Thoreau (1817-1862) American Essayist, Poet and Philosopher

A foreboding section of the AT on Roan Mountain.

I thought I'd freshen up the ol' blog and try out a new look. Hopefully it looks good on your end. :)

  1. Love the new look! I use Google Reader but since you went to all the trouble to remodel, the least I could do was stop by in person. Love the picture at the top, always love the quotes and your posted pictures. Have a great weekend!

  2. I like how to got the white blaze in this shot. And the site looks good.

  3. Foreboding? Nay! Inviting!
