conviction

    It is a gorgeous area out there. This article http://greenevillesun.com/story/300063 talks about the 16 miles of 'pristine blue-ribbon trout streams' located within the 10,000 acre tract of Rocky Fork and specifically mentions Lower Higgins. Now that the tract has been purchased, I don't know what the fishing regulations are, but you could check with the ranger's station in Unicoi.
